Yoga, Pilates & Hypopressives Group Classes, Personal Training Availability
All classes are mixed ability & beginners are very welcome, unless stated as a Beginners class. There are modifications for the poses & exercises, so whether this is your first class or you have been practising for years, you will be able to work to a level that is suitable for you. As you progress through the class, there will be emphasis on alignment and breathing, allowing you to stretch, move and focus on yourself.
Bring water, a mat and a large towel, wear comfortable clothing – t-shirt, shorts, leggings or tracksuit and something warmer for relaxation at the end of Yoga classes. For all on-line classes, please ensure that you have a clear space around you, so that you are not going to fall over anything.
