The workout can be in or near your home, and you can exercise outside in the fresh air. This also means that there is no extra time wasted by having to travel to and from the gym.
Following a fitness assessment, a plan will be designed specifically for you, working around your likes and dislikes. Taking into account your personal goals and challenges, it will be dynamic and progressive, but fun to do.
